This is a personalised meditation for Sarah's coaching clients. This relaxing meditation has been designed to help you step into the identity of the woman you want to become. The woman who is creating time in her schedule for herself, embodying those new positive habits, and showing up for herself to get the results she wants within her life. 

Meditation is a beautiful way to quiet & clear the mind so that you can see things from a new perspective, its also a lovely way to gently push away any doubts or negative thoughts you are experiencing. 

If you haven’t meditated before, then don’t be afford to start; at first, it can feel a little strange, and you may have constant thoughts popping into your mind; this is normal, try and bring your concentration back to your breath. 

Use this meditation when you're having a tough day when your full of doubt or not feeling your best. Be sure to do it when you can relax in peace and quiet. You can sit or lay down whichever feels most comfortable for you.
