I’m Sarah, a professional coach with the International Coaching Institute, a mum, wife, and cattle farmer from northern NSW. Life on our cattle property with my three sons has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of finding balance. For the past five years, I’ve been dedicated to helping ambitious rural and regional women step into their power, embrace their potential, and achieve their personal and professional dreams.

From a young age, I was drawn to independence, whether it was working side hustles with horses or starting small businesses. After years of varied experiences and a few business ventures, my husband and I settled on our cattle property, where I continued to pursue my entrepreneurial spirit. Building my businesses while raising kids and managing the farm taught me valuable lessons—especially about self-belief, strategy, and the power of mindset.

Like many of my clients, I faced times of uncertainty, feeling stuck despite my hard work. It wasn’t until I discovered the transformative power of business and mindset coaching that everything began to change. Through coaching, I learned to break through fears of failure, overcome self-doubt, and unlock the success I was striving for. This experience inspired me to become a coach myself, to support other rural women on similar journeys.
