I’m a Mum to three wild country boys, a wife, a garden lover, a cattle farmer from northern NSW and a Mindset and Business Coach for Rural & Regional women.
I am a Professional Coach with the International Coaching Institute and qualified in NLP, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Life & Success Coaching, Hypnotherapy and TIME Techniques.
For the last 15 years, Sarah has been a Business Owner/entrepreneur working for herself between the farm, her husband's contracting business and the multiple businesses sarah has successfully built and sold from the ground up.
Over the last 6 years, Sarah has worked with over 100s of Rural & Regional Women from all over Australia to launch and grow their business, focusing on mindset, strategy and marketing.
