I'm Sarah, a country mum to three cheeky boys, Jack, Riley and Lachie. I have an amazing, hardworking husband Brad and we live on our cattle property outside of Tenterfield in Northern NSW. In between mum life and farm work, I love to create programs and coach other Country Mums on all things Mindset, Confidence & Goal setting weather your a Biz Mum or just a Mum wanting to have a bit more Passion & Purpose in life.

My Business is called Empowered Country Mums... and our focus is Coaching, Courses and Community.

I am passionate about helping Country Mums Achieve their Goals, build their Confidence, Maser their Mindset and Connect with their Passion & Purpose in life. 

I work with Mums that are wanting more out of life whether that just be feeling more aligned and fulfilled in their everyday lifestyle or Building & growing a Passion based Business that truly fills them up. 

A few short years ago I was feeling tired and overwhelmed being Mum, Wife, Farm Hand, Bookkeeper, Run around and all the other jobs under the sun whilst trying to build my business on the side. Which really only added to the overwhelm. You see I liked my business and although it made me money and I was good at, it never really filled me up. There was no Passion for me, and I guess I felt lonely. I was lacking connection, support, inspiration and motivation. 

I desperately wanted more, I wanted to be around other Mums more, I wanted to work with my passions, have the opportunity to be creative and collaborate with others. I wanted to mentor and coach other women and create a community that helped Rise each other up, instead of having to do it all alone. 

So one day I decided enough was enough, If I was to be that successful work from home Mum that really enjoyed and felt passionate about what she was doing. I needed to step up my game, go back to the drawing board and work out what I was actually really passionate and excited to do with myself in life. Ohh and pour a whole lot of self-love back into my cup!!! so that I could truly feel confident and believe in myself enough to achieve this new dream I have set for myself... 

So I did... and that Journey has lead me to where I am today right here… right now…Running my Passion based Biz Empowered Country Mums…. Where I have been able to connect with YOU!!!
